Villa Man Events handles group and wedding transportation on St. John, US Virgin Islands. Services include wedding day transport (ceremony, reception, after-party), multi-villa group pickups for family reunions, corporate retreat logistics, and multi-day group itineraries with the same driver coordinating all transportation. Vehicle fleet: 18-21 passenger safari vans, multiple vehicles for larger parties. Pricing is per-event based on your specific schedule, vehicle needs, and group size. 2 Villa pickup locations

Add each villa your group is staying at. Driver assignments default to the same driver per villa all week — you can change individual legs later.

3 Daily activity transport

Default is 2 round-trips per day (beach / dinner) for each villa group. Add or remove as needed. Each entry generates a round-trip per day of stay (excluding arrival and departure days).

4 Ferry pickup & drop-off

Arrival day = ferry → villa drop-off only (3:00 PM default for typical afternoon flights). Departure day = villa → ferry, staged 60 min before.

Luggage is charged on arrival and departure ferry transfers (both directions). VI tariff: $3 per small bag, $6 per large bag.

St. John wedding transportation

Weddings on St. John typically involve transport across three to five locations — ceremony venue, photo stops, reception venue, and after-party or villa returns. We coordinate it all: ceremony transport from the villas, late-running guests, photographers and vendors, the bride and groom departure, and the post-reception ride home for the parents-in-law who shouldn't be driving Centerline Road at midnight.

Most wedding bookings reserve multiple vehicles and a coordinator for the day. Tell us your timeline and we'll match drivers and vans to it.

Family reunions and multi-villa groups

St. John family reunions often spread across three or four villas in different parts of the island — Cruz Bay, North Shore, and sometimes Coral Bay. Coordinating beach days, group dinners, and the boat-charter day with grandparents and toddlers in the mix gets complicated quickly.

Multi-villa pickups in a single run are standard for us. We'll route the morning pickup to hit each villa in the right order, get everyone to the same beach at the same time, and run the same route in reverse in the afternoon. One driver, one schedule, one phone number.

Corporate retreats and group offsites
